For us a favorite activity includes visiting the Christkindlmarket at the Daley Center or bringing the kids over to Christkindlmarket in Wrigleyville at Gallagher Way. 

With 2020 just around the corner, we could not be more excited to be part of the largest independent brokerage in the US with over 12,500 agents and 300 plus offices located within 120 plus vibrant cities. It's hard to believe that Compass has only been in the Chicagoland market for 2 years! Our agent population grew by 117% bringing our Compass family to over 900 agents strong and over $3 Billion in Residential Sales -yes, that's BILLION with a B- in sales volume! We are now ranked #2 in market share in the Chicago market. 

Joining Compass has brought our clients access to some incredible programs including Compass Coming Soon, Compass Concierge, and Compass Bridge Loans. In 2020, we plan to capitalize on these differentiators all while helping our clients find their place in the Windy City and Chicagoland suburbs! 

Moving forward, we predict that we will continue to see a more balanced real estate market - tipping more towards a buyers market with buyers at every price point focusing on fixed costs - that normally do not change- like HOA fee's and property taxes.

Our team will finish 2019 with over $20 Million in residential sales with an average days on market at 33 Days and a 97% sale to list ratio.
