He was happy to accommodate our erratic schedule (with two small children and often being out of town for work) and was always willing to take us out to the suburbs to look at houses, often at short notice. When we received an offer on our condo he went above and beyond to ensure we reached the deal we wanted. He is extremely patient and showed great diplomacy to complete some difficult negotiations as quickly as possible. He walked us through each stage so we felt completely at ease with every aspect of selling our property and was always one step ahead of us - we quickly learned that there was no need to follow up with Chris as he took care of everything right away.
